These plain-English disclosures describe what Partner Coding OS Founders Access includes, what it does not include, and what remains under the customer’s control.

Product Scope

Founders Access is a self-serve digital product. It includes Partner OS templates, starter kit materials, model provider adapters, legal and safety packet, demo workflows, updates, and agent-guided onboarding docs.

Support Boundary

Founders Access does not include 1:1 customer service, custom builds, account management, emergency production support, done-for-you deployment, revenue consulting, or legal/compliance review. Human implementation work must be purchased separately under a separate statement of work.

Customer Ownership

Customers own and control their code, data, accounts, repositories, deployments, API keys, business decisions, legal/compliance decisions, and outcomes. Partner Coding OS does not take custody of customer accounts or secrets.

No Secrets In Memory

Do not store passwords, API keys, payment credentials, private customer records, or regulated data in memory files, prompts, docs, tickets, eval files, or commits. Secrets should live only in customer-controlled secret managers, environment variables, or platform settings.

No Professional Advice

Partner Coding OS does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, investment, security, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals for regulated or high-risk decisions.

No Outcome Guarantee

No revenue, customers, traffic, rankings, funding, app-store approval, marketplace approval, deployment approval, model correctness, legal/compliance correctness, or business outcome is guaranteed.

Agent Safety Boundaries

AI agents may help organize context, create packets, explain docs, and check proof requirements. Agents may not take custody of accounts, store secrets, bypass access controls, make purchases, move money, trade, perform regulated actions, or promote themselves to higher authority.

Payments, Cancellation, And Refunds

Founders Access is billed through PayPal at $29.99/month for the first 50 active founder slots. Customers are responsible for managing or canceling their PayPal subscription through PayPal. Unless a separate written refund policy is provided, payments are for digital access and are not guaranteed refundable after access is delivered.

Changes

Pricing, packaging, templates, docs, and product features may change. Active first-50 founders keep the founder price while their subscription remains active, subject to PayPal processing and these support boundaries.
