This is the shortest path from purchase to a useful AI partner. Keep the first pass small. One room, one goal, one proof target, one memory closeout.

1. AccountOpen the account page and download the starter kit with your access token.

2. SetupOpen the setup flow, answer the plain questions, and generate your first setup packet.

3. PastePaste the setup packet into ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Gemini, or your chosen AI tool.

4. SavePut accepted facts, decisions, boundaries, and project notes into the starter kit memory files.

5. WorkUse Goal Mode for one useful outcome. Do not mix projects in the same room.

6. CloseAt the end, update memory with what changed so the next chat starts clean.
