Customer update notification workflow for meaningful setup, safety, compatibility, billing, download, and workflow changes.
Smoke tests for public pages, APIs, fulfillment dry run, and starter kit archive contents.

Owner Approval Needed

Confirm the public domain shown to buyers.
Confirm the approved $49 one-time founder payment link, merchant account, and fulfillment flow.
Approve buyer email wording and refund boundary.
Approve the launch video script and public claim language.

Manual Smoke Before Launch

Open homepage on mobile and desktop.
Run setup flow and download generated workspace files.
Download starter kit with a test entitlement token.
Open the wrapper install page and confirm extension instructions.
Post a capture packet to Memory Console and promote only approved facts.

Hard Stops

Do not promise model training, guaranteed memory inside ChatGPT, or guaranteed business results.
Do not include other apps as part of Aiden OS.
Do not advertise custom setup in the current self-serve release.
Do not accept secrets, account custody, or regulated decisions.
